After you click “Make A Donation”, you will see the Friends of Jowonio PayPal page. You may then make a secure donation using a major credit card or PayPal account. In the Purpose box, please type “Donation”. If you wish, you may also type in the name of a specific program or project you wish to support, for example, "Trike Town”, “Scholarships”, Bunny Room”, etc.

Friends of Jowonio was established in 1994 as a separate 501(c)3 non-profit organization to provide support to Jowonio School in terms of time, ideas and funding. Through Friends, a capital campaign was designed and implemented to purchase and renovate our building. Grants from many local foundations and individuals made this large endeavor possible. In addition, the school has continued to expand and enhance programming through support from an annual giving effort, fundraising activities, and designated grants for specific projects.

Friends of Jowonio has its own Board of Directors and staff as well as an office located on the second floor of the school. Friends also owns and manages the school building.

Support from Friends of Jowonio has helped fund a new roof for the building, renovations to the playground, a new occupational and physical therapy space, two additional classrooms, an art studio and a library. Current projects focus on the continuing expansion of our outdoor play areas; for more details, click on "What's New" below.
