Each year, friends, families and alumni show their support for Jowonio through the Annual Appeal. These gifts are generally the unrestricted funds that cover the operating and building maintenance costs of the school not met by tuition. They can also be directed to needed capital improvements and enrichment programs. Over the past several years, Friends has been able to increase staff salaries, open two new classrooms, contribute to the playground renovations, and install a new roof on the building, thanks to the funds raised by this campaign.

Our giving levels are:

Benefactor's Circle - $10,000 and up
Founder's Circle - $5,000 - $9,999
Director's Circle - $2,500 - $4,999
Teacher's Circle - $1,750 - $2,499
Children's Circle - $1,000 - $1,749

Community Friend - $500 - $999
Classroom Friend - $250 - $499
Inclusion Friend - $100 - $249
Learning Friend - up to $99

Gifts can be made in the following ways:

After you click “Make A Donation”, you will see the Friends of Jowonio PayPal page. You may then make a secure donation using a major credit card or PayPal account. In the Item box, please type “Donation”. If you wish, you may also type in the name of a specific program or project you wish to support, for example, "Trike Town”, “Scholarships”, Bunny Room”, etc. Enter the dollar amount of your donation in the Unit Price box, click Update Totals, and follow the easy on-screen directions.

• Direct Financial Donation: We are a 501(c)3 agency so any gift can be a tax-deductible charitable donation. We send a prompt letter of acknowledgment and a receipt.

• United Way Donation: Make our school a “designated recipient” for your campaign contribution by writing Jowonio’s name and address on the United Way pledge card. Encourage your colleagues to support us as well.
